New Vida Blues will be the featured performers at St. Andrew’s United Church’s Jazz Vespers on Sunday, February 26 at 4 pm.

New Vida Blues (a group of friends who met in the jazz program at Capilano University) play a mix of jazz standards and original compositions written by saxophone player Jake Huse. Jake’s music incorporates a wide range of styles such as blues, funk, reggae and traditional jazz into a modern blend.
Band members include:
Jake Huse – Saxophone;
Nick Varelas – Piano;
Karl Wallace-Deering – Bass;
and Andrew Wilson – Drums.
