At the event there are fun arts and crafts activities for kids to enjoy. The attraction’s maze has a scarecrow theme and the veggie garden is also decorated, making for wonderful photo opportunities. Although not specifically a “Halloween” event, you can expect to see lots of pumpkins around the attraction. Harvest Days also offers a variety of food vendors on site selling things like grilled cheese sandwiches, coffee, popcorn and more.

Another big component of Harvest Days is the live music. In 2023, guests are treated to Bluegrass and old-time songs. Performers include Lonesome Town Painters, No Frills Stringband and The Soda Crackers.

Daily hours for the special Harvest Days activities are from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, although the rest of VanDusen is open for viewing until 5:00 pm. The live music sessions run from 9:30 to 11:30 am, 11:45 am to 1:45 pm, and from 2:00 to 3:45 pm.


Admission Details
Tickets for Harvest Days are available online and include all-day admission to VanDusen Garden. However, all guests must arrive within the one-hour timeslot they select. Ticket prices (including online service fees) for 2023 are listed below.

Adults (ages 19 to 64) – $13.78
Seniors (65+) and Youth (13 to 18) – $9.60
Children (ages 5 to 12) – $6.89
Preschoolers (ages 4 and under) – Free
Little kids ages 4 and under enter Harvest Days for free, as do VanDusen Garden Members. All tickets are non-refundable.
