WOW! Parade participants went all out last year with incredible floats and performing groups! A few highlights and crowd pleasers were the RC Car group, the Grinch dancing in a cage, the MEI Screaming Eagles Marching Band, the walking Gingerbread Man, the tractors with so many lights! So many amazing entries! Plus, we're confident in saying that we are still the LARGEST PARADE IN BC!
Gather all your friends and family and head over to downtown Mission for a magical evening of glittering floats, marching bands, illuminated tractors, toe-tapping live music and a Christmastime community welcome that’s warmer than a steaming mug of hot chocolate. Santa and Mrs Claus always receive the biggest cheer from the thousands of parade spectators, of course, but arrive a couple of hours before the 6pm start time and you’ll also find lots of fun festive activities to enjoy––from face-painting to letters to Santa and from live performances to local holiday shopping and much more.
