It all starts with a hay wagon ride out to our cranberry bogs. There we’ll get you suited up into your own set of chest waders. Then follow Travis Hopcott out into the field. Learn all about cranberries and what it takes to care for and harvest them. Then, it’s lunch time! And yes, you’re having lunch in the bog. That’s right. In the water, at a decorated table, surrounded by floating cranberries. .

- Starter: homemade beef borscht with fresh dill and sour cream
- Main Course:
red wine cranberry braised beef short ribs
truffle mashed potatoes
prosciutto wrapped asparagus with balsamic glaze and gruyere
- Dessert: house made pumpkin pie with sugared cranberries, pumpkin seeds and chantilly
