Sage Bistro
This is your chance to experience the Old Auditorium from a performer’s point of view. Enjoy a three-course gourmet dinner by Sage Catering onstage, entertainment by the UBC Opera Ensemble and dancing to the irresistible Music of a Big Band on the beautiful stage of the Old Auditorium.
Tasty cuisine plus entertainment by a Big Band and our fabulous UBC Opera Ensemble put the “fun” in fundraising for our Opera Program.
6:30pm Pictures and Cocktails | 7:00pm Dinner is served
Tickets $375. Each ticket includes the delicious 3-course dinner on the stage of the Old Auditorium.
