Emma 眼圈儿, Vancouver-based indie pop artist who is making the leap from film sound design to crafting catchy, heartfelt Mandarin tunes. Shallow Levée, the alternative rock band from Kaohsiung, blending Mandarin and Taiwanese with introspective lyrics and a warm, hometown vibe that hits straight to the heart.
