It was in 1984 when Nate Evans, former lead singer of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees, The Impressions was selected by original Temptations lead singers Eddie Kendricks and David Ruffin to join the group. Following the passings of Kendricks and Ruffin, Evans went on to form The Temptations Revue: A Tribute Featuring Nate Evans.
The show is a musical extravaganza which features such Temptations classics as “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, “My Girl”, “Get Ready”, “Cloud Nine”, “Just My Imagination (Running Away With Me)” and “Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone”. Along with Evans, the group consists of Ollie Bolds, Ritchie Stanley, Reggie Reed and Lawrence Jefferson.
