During these travels I’ve had some exceptional experiences and have been fortunate enough to be able to photograph some of these adventures. Composition and the quality of light have always played important roles in my work and within these prints I have tried to showcase the best of these qualities. I thoroughly enjoy showcasing large prints of my work so that the viewer can get as close as possible to the original experience. Nature and the enjoyment of wilderness are important to me. Whether it’s hiking through an alpine meadow, climbing a mountain or running down a dusty trail, photography motivates me to explore our natural environment. Photography is not only an excuse for me to get outside but also serves as a tangible creative outlet for me to pass on those fleeting, brilliant experiences with others.
