The Indian Summer Arts Society curates exciting Supper Clubs four times per year. Open to everyone, these gatherings are a great way to connect (or reconnect) with a thriving artistic community.

Palestinian favourite, Tamam, hosts the October edition.
Tamam, which means "delicious" in Arabic, has a loyal fan base in Vancouver because of its flavoursome Palestinian food and welcoming atmosphere.
Enjoy a three course sumptuous Palestinian banquet served family style on Tuesday October 25 at 7:00pm.

Artist Presentation:
Sobhi al-Zobaidi, owner of Tamam, is a novelist, poet, and independent filmmaker who was born in Jerusalem in 1961 and grew up in the Jalalazone refugee camp near Ramallah. He studied at BirZeit before moving to New York where he studied economics and film. In the mid-1990s, after the Oslo accords, he returned to Palestine, to Ramallah, where he established reFugee Camp Productions, a film production company which aims to give young people in the refugee camps the means to express themselves. Sobhi will be sharing a few words about the menu and his art.
Indian Summer Arts Society's AGM
Members are also invited to join us at the Indian Summer Annual General Meeting on October 25 at 6pm prior to Supper Club. Members attending the AGM are required to purchase a ticket to Supper Club if they would like to stay for the dinner.
