But what is “green” or “natural” burial? What does it take to make a burial “green”? How can you bring green burial to your community?
The Green Burial Society of Canada invites you to a natural burial symposium. This event will include a film viewing, an expert panel, and an open discussion.

A panel of experts discuss natural burial:
An opportunity to sit in on a discussion among experts with firsthand experience designing and operating green burial areas and delivering natural burial funeral services to families. A range of topics will be covered, from what makes a burial green, to how green cemeteries can be set up, and how green burials are performed. A selection of natural burial shrouds and caskets will be on display.
