The Hi-Light Festival will feature the North Shore’s most majestic festival of lights with over 50,000 lights on display. The Hi-Light festival is a charitable event for the North Vancouver firefighters, with all proceeds going to various appointed charities. The firefighters themselves have decorated an area of the garden and will be accepting donations as guests pass.
