Exercises can be done seated or standing, and participants will increase their functional strength and mobility, core stability, lower body strength, and improve their balance.
Bring an exercise mat, wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear.
Class takes place in the beautiful VanDusen Guides Classroom with panoramic views of the Garden.
