About Karma Yoga - It is an act of service, and provides an opportunity for us to take our yoga practice to the next level, from off the mat and into the community. Selfless acts of compassion and giving come from the heart. Our class is a karma class and proceeds are used to support homeless and at-risk youth in our city at to help them have access to community wellness events and to be an included part of our community. The hoop classes are open to the rehabilitated youth in the 'Rites of Passage Programe at Covenant House' to come and take part in fun social and wellness events in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. We welcome them to join us an an equal part of our community.
