CARFAC BC and Richmond Art Gallery present a series of workshops focused on artists’ written communication skills specifically and provide participants with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and receive constructive feedback on their artist’s statements, exhibition proposals, and grant submissions.
Session One will focus on demystifying the writing process, clarifying the importance and purpose of a statement, and what it should or should not include. Session Two will provide one-on-one feedback of your written works both by peer evaluation and personalized instruction.
Free. 12 participants max. Participants must register and attend both sessions.
