The Arts Council of New Westminster is thrilled to be partnering with Alex Jopson and the City of New Westminster to bring back the Music By The River concert series and arts festival to the beautifully unique Westminster Pier Park

This all ages free experience will be the first it’s kind with a new additional announcement for this years festivities. The Arts Council of New Westminster and City to Suburb Real Estate Group are thrilled to fill Westminster Pier Park with a wide variety of the arts, including live musical performance, two DJ stages, busking performances, artisan vendors, live painting, ribbon dancing, and more. Spend sunny summer evenings in the award-winning Pier Park enjoying the arts in a scenic setting next to the Fraser River.
NEW this year: The Arts Council of New Westminster is partnering with the City of New Westminster and will be serving Steel and Oak Brewing Co along with Pacific Breeze wine at the Eats at the Pier concession. The entire park will be one massive site-licensed area allowing you to take your drink anywhere within the park! Bring your picnic dinner down to Pier Park and enjoy a drink as you listen to the tunes from Royal City Sound DJ program.
