These healthy little bursts of flavor can be easily and quickly grown at home year-round. We will have different types of microgreens and sprouts already growing for you to sample while learning about the difference between sprouts and microgreens, what the easiest and best varieties are to grow and how to do it. We’ll discuss types of containers, sunlight requirements, and storage. Make your own unique seed packets of mixed microgreens to take home and start to grow.
