Postures are instructed with care and attention on alignment, offering options for all levels. Through breath-guided movement and mediation we balance the nervous system and calm the mind. You will feel relaxed and at ease after class. Suitable for beginners or students looking for a gentle practice. Bring a yoga mat and a light blanket or towel. Recommended (but not required) props: pad, block, strap or belt. Class takes place in the beautiful VanDusen Guides Classroom with garden views.
