Internationally recognized Chef Carlo Zarri, a maestro of Piedmont traditional cuisine with truffles and hazelnuts, will prepare a multi-course gourmet dinner featuring: micro green salad with beef tenderloin and truffle mayonnaise, old Piedmont style tomato soup with cod fillets and truffles, truffle arancini with traditional cheese fonduta, baked lamb loin with fresh herbs and EVOO, rainbow panna cotta with hazelnuts and chocolate, whipped cream, berries and mint. Wine is included in the ticket price.
Doors open at 6:00pm, dinner served at 7:00pm, in the Trattoria.
Please note that there are no substitutions, special requests, or dietary restrictions for this event as the menu is preset. Note as well that, as a dinner that features hazelnuts throughout the menu, it is recommended that any persons with nut allergies should not attend.
