"From the bars, cafés, and cabarets of Vancouver, B.C. resonates the raw and honest music of Sinéad Sanders. Immersed in music from a young age and indelibly influenced by the old jukebox in her childhood home, she is an old soul in a young person's body and her music is of that timeless nature. An accomplished songwriter and strong rhythm guitarist, her works defy category, all the while suggesting rooted genres such as R&B, rockabilly, blues, and good old rock 'n' roll. Performing mainly as a solo artist around the city for some years, she has of recent hooked up with established Vancouver musicians Dave "Double D" Dykhuizen and Sandy "Bone" Smith who have taken Sinéad into a new musical forum, much to the delight of her fans and audiences. Having just released her debut solo effort simply entitled "Sinéad Sanders" and on the way to recording her first full band release, she is a tour de force that you want to, and will be, hearing about."
