The exercises teach you how to effectively use your body and build it up rather than being victim to the constant break down our modern lives create (whether yours involves sitting at a computer or training for IronMan). Including Foundation Training into your daily life will constantly increase your body's awareness to moving improperly which can halt many of the degenerative processes causing chronic pain.
Who would benefit? Anyone with chronic or episodic back pain, anyone who sits for a living, any level of athlete, anyone who is looking for better posture.
Join Dr Macdonald as she shares with you these exercises designed to decompress the back. They are meant to compliment your existing yoga practise or exercise routine, not replace. You will get a basic understanding of the training and be able to start using the movement patterns in your daily routines.
