In 13th century Germany, Medieval Hamelin Town is way too big for its lederhosen. Governed by a spoiled Mayor, his Mommy and stuffy corporate types who have no interest in its hard-working townsfolk, the town is primed to learn some important lessons from our heroes, 10-year-old twins Celeste and Ralph. After the ridiculous new taxes render this tight-knit family homeless, the twins make a deal with the Mayor to get their house back. Except the Mayor does not keep his word! The twins devise a plan to teach the grown-ups a lesson and lure thousands of rats to Hamelin. Now the town needs help and the twins know the only ‘minstrel’ that can take on the job, with the music of a magic flute. But can the twins convince the Pied Piper to help? Will the Mayor pay the Piper? Will the twins get their home back? Can rats really dance and play music? Find out when you see HAMELIN.
Suitable for elementary school and family audiences.
