On January 23rd, we welcome Ally Bradshaw and Dr. Adrianna Hanson to lead us through a power yoga class and lead a an education seminar on finding your own definition of BALANCE.
Some of Vancouver's finest local health and wellness vendors will be present offering samples and and a chance to connect over a drink and some food.

About the Leaders:
Host: Danielle Boyd
Danielle is a physiotherapist from North Vancouver with a passion for health, wellness and travel. In her career as a physio, she realized that it is very easy to get caught into cycles of burnout and stress and decided to learn more about self care and stress management. In her quest to find balance in her own life and career, she began sharing the insights she gained through conversations with other health care practitioners and entrepreneurs on her blog and podcast. She held her first health and wellness retreat in Mexico this past October as part of her mission to help others find self-care strategies and give people a chance to unwind in a balanced way. The Balanced Sessions are her latest endeavor to help others find their own version of balance.
Yoga and Movement: Ally Bradshaw
Ally is a certified 240hr yoga teacher and also a Kinesiologist. Ally is a brilliant instructor and is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to movement. She is dedicated to helping others find alignment and strength in their movement practices and will bring her fun and incredibly positive attitude to all her offerings.
Education: Dr. Adrianna Hanson
Dr. Hanson believes in the potential to thrive. As a graduate of the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, Adrianna is a primary care physician with a focus in sports medicine, chronic pain management, regenerative injection therapy, chronic illness, hormone health, and digestive health. Her approach works in partnership with each patient, to uncover the intricate network of factors contributing to health. Adrianna understands that each individual’s perspective of health is unique, so ultimately she is committed to optimizing wellness where body and mind are in balance with each patient’s values and their environment. When she isn’t treating, Adrianna can be found hiking or biking through BC’s land of misty giants, taking in live blues tunes in Vancouver’s local music scene, or sitting in wanderlust for her next travel adventure.
