Please join us for this workshop with visiting teacher Ya'Acov Darling Khan to engage in a deep, joyous, dancing journey of personal renewal through Movement Medicine practice. Ya'Acov is one of the founders of the School of Movement Medicine. He recently published his second book "Jaguar in the Body, Butterfly in the Heart". This is his first workshop in Vancouver.

Movement Medicine is an exhilarating body-based movement meditation practice that integrates artistic, shamanic, scientific and therapeutic wisdom. It offers a powerful pathway to reconnect to the wisdom of living from the heart, the joy of knowing who you are and the satisfaction of making your unique contribution to life. Movement Medicine is at the leading edge of conscious dance in Europe and the U.S.
In this workshop you will
- Learn to trust and follow the inspiration of the dancer within
- Give the body, heart and mind a ‘spring clean’ releasing what no longer serves you

This workshop is open to beginners and to experienced practitioners of all ages and abilities. The only prerequisite you need is the willingness to move and the courage to dare to dream.

Ya'Acov Darling Khan is a modern-day shaman (traditional healer), who has studied and practiced with many gifted shamans around the world. He has been recognized as a practicing shaman by Elder Shamans from the Sami (European tradition), and Achuar and Sápara peoples of the Amazon. He is one of the foremost teachers of embodied consciousness and the Co-founder of Movement Medicine Contemporary Shamanism, which he teaches worldwide.
