A 10 Week AcroYoga Progression
With Millissa Greenwood + Guests

Creating a performance piece from start to finish is a unique and incredibly fulfilling journey. It is a lot of hard work, as you start with nothing and step-by-step create an entire piece; one that is completely your own and never existed before. In this progression, I will guide you through the creative process and share tips and methods to spark inspiration and bring your vision to life on stage.

When the progression concludes, you will have the opportunity to perform your piece in the LAYERS production at the Cultch Historic Theatre. All fancy words and descriptions aside, this progression is really about exploring your edges within a safe and supportive environment.

Full-Day Opening Workshop

You will be creating a performance piece in small groups, so consistent attendance during this progression is paramount to your group’s success.

PRE-REQS
Star Presses (from base and Flyer), Reverse Star, Side Star, Hands-free entrance to Straddle Throne and Reverse Throne,
Cartwheel, Ninja Star, Barrel Roll.

Stay tuned for an instructional video of the pre-reqs. It’s only January! If you don’t have these skills yet, you’ve got time to learn and refine them.
