Why do this? Well, cuz people really really seem to like it...AND to stay alive; to get through the winter; to enliven your art practice; to connect genuinely with an audience; to stay light; to find your sense of humour; to change your relationship to yourself; to get unstuck; to explore your relationship to intimacy; to “self-care”; to resist the world we live in by moving into more possibilities; to change the world rather than saving it; to laugh your head off; to not take yourself so seriously; to deepen your acting/ music/ performing/ presenting practice; to explore the richness of what is happening RIGHT NOW.
Many people have done the class who never thought they would. We go gently. We hold the tender things carefully. We throw other things up in the air.
