The evening’s unique and tasty menu, developed with home entertainment and pure enjoyment in mind, starts with rustic, hand-cut Arugula Pappardelle and Braised Lamb and Herb Tomato Ragout, followed by a tender Sicilian Tuna Steak with a Tomato Caper and Olive Sauce. The celebration of “la dolce vita” is completed with a Frangelico Poached Pear Tart, served with Pistachio Ice Cream, Hazelnut Biscotti, and an urge to do this all over again – soon.
