No aprons will be dirtied or needed in this two and a half hour class - the four course tasting meal will be prepared right in front of you as you sit back, relax and learn through watching, listening and tasting. Taking you through each course step-by-step, the instructing chef will share his tips, tricks and tools of the trade and then serve each demonstrated dish alongside a glass of wine.
The menu* of the night features three fantastic ways of cooking Seafood: smoked Sablefish, buttered Dungeness Crab; grilled Lemon Trout, Balsamic-roasted Walnuts and Lentils; crispy seared Arctic Char; and house-made icecream with Italian Biscotti for dessert.
*Because of the nature of this class, sadly we are unable to accommodate changes to the menu. Please give us a call at 604 879 8588 if you have allergies or dietary restrictions that make this evening's menu unsuitable for you, and we will gladly discuss alternative class options.
