No aprons will be dirtied or needed in this two and a half hour class - the four course tasting meal will be prepared right in front of you as you sit back, relax and learn through watching, listening and tasting. Taking you through each course step-by-step, the instructing chef will share his tips, tricks and tools of the trade and then serve each demonstrated dish alongside a glass of wine.
The menu* features crowd-pleasing dishes perfect for casual entertaining, where eating utensils might just be optional: Halibut Fish Tacos; BBQ Peking Duck & Fine Vegetable Crepes; Grilled Lamb Flatbread, Baba Ganoush, roasted Garlic; Pistachio Ice-cream.
