Our menu for this intimate class starts with a Warm Goat Cheese & Apricot Cake with a Grilled Pear & Prosciutto salad. Next for our love birds, a Roasted Whole Cornish Game Hen with a Grainy Mustard Pan Jus and Truffle, Thyme Risotto. The meal is finished off with a trio of desserts: Chocolate Soufflé, Grand Marnier Crème Brûlée and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries - perfect for sharing!
