No aprons will be dirtied or needed in this two and a half hour class - the four course tasting meal will be prepared right in front of you as you sit back, relax and learn through watching, listening and tasting. Taking you through each course step-by-step, the instructing chef will share his tips, tricks and tools of the trade and then serve each demonstrated dish alongside a glass of wine.
The menu* of the night celebrates the the diverse and delicious bounty of the sea:
Lemon & Prawn Risotto; Maple-seared Scallops, Chorizo and Olive Ragout, Pea Coulis; Pan-seared Halibut, smoked Tomato Sauce; Lemon Panna Cotta
