No aprons will be dirtied or needed in this two and a half hour class - the four course tasting meal will be prepared right in front of you as you sit back, relax and learn through watching, listening and tasting. Taking you through each course step-by-step, the instructing chef will share his tips, tricks and tools of the trade and then serve each demonstrated dish alongside a glass of wine.
The menu* of the night is a must-try for all you Carnivores out there: Herb Panko crusted Lamb, fresh Burrata, slow-roasted Tomatoes; Thyme and Mustard Seed Pork Wellington; braised Beef Short-rib, Celeriac Puree, caramelized Cipollini Onions; Chocolate Lava Cake.
