The class starts with Burrata & Prosciutto Pizza, as students learn to make their own dough and fresh Burrata (Yes, you read it right: you will be making your own, fresh Burrata!). Next up is a pan-roasted Veal Chop with creamed Orzo and oven-roasted Onions and Mushrooms; and finally Maple & Mascarpone Cheesecake. Buon appetito!
