Cooking together is better! Take date night to a whole new level with this ocean inspired couples class perfect for adventurous twosomes. This class begins with a lesson in cooking and cleaning a live one-pound lobster. From there, the two of you will prepare a Warm Lobster and Sturgeon Caviar Salad to share. For the main event, each couple will work together to create a Salt Crusted Whole Sea Bream with Potato and Leek Puree, Grilled Corn and Green Bean Saute, and an Almond Caper Lemon Brown Butter Sauce.
