This month we feature OLUWA TONI (OH-LOO-WAH-TONI) is a Singer- Songwriter, Producer born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. He has recorded over 7 songs, with a latest single ‘One Cure’ released in April, 2017
His 2017 single ‘One Cure’ has become a theme and anthem of the ONE CURE Campaign, which is devoted to mental health awareness and development. TONI has shared the stage with Skales, Wutang Clan's Raekwon. His music has been taken to schools, festivals, and community events. His recorded music features a soul-trap, dancehall, and afrobeat inspirations.
He is currently preparing for a tour in Fall 2018 to North America, Africa, Europe and Asia. His musical influences include Akon, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, and Kanye West.
NDIDI CASCADE, who is of Nigerian- Italian-Irish-Canadian heritage, is a Vancouver, BC Canada born and based hip hop vocalist.
A highly talented songwriter, vocalist, educator and program facilitator, Ndidi has showcased her music across North America and internationally, from classrooms to stadiums and her music has been featured on Much Music and MTV Canada.
She has shared the stage with The Mad Professor, Femi Kuti, De La Soul, Digable Planets, Wutang's Raekwon. Ndidi's musical influences include KRS One, Nas, and Ms. Lauryn Hill.
