About the presenters:
Simi Fagbongbe currently works as a Business Banking Advisor at Scotiabank. Although she specializes in helping small and medium-sized businesses make, save and invest their money, she believes that financial literacy should begin at the individual level. As a Nigerian immigrant coming to Canada as a child with her family, she believed that the education system did not do enough to emphasize the importance of managing personal finance – especially given the high cost of living in this city. She is on a mission to help people take control of their money because she passionately believes that good health does not just involve physical and mental wellness, but financial health and aptitude as well.
Tiffany Johansson started Perfect Curl to help people work towards long-term improvement in lifestyle habits. Tiffany has battled a chronic illness since 2003. After becoming seriously ill in 2010, she began taking her wellness journey seriously and focused on healing from the inside out, shunning prescriptions that she felt were a band aid for the problem. After being successful with her own transformation, she went back to school and completed a bachelor’s degree and certification in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching from Arizona State University. She is also an ACE/BCRPA certified personal trainer. Tiffany lives in Vancouver with her husband and their son she delivered in 2017.
