Shakespeare’s murderous couple cordially invite you to witness a hyper-speed rendition of their gruesome story, told entirely without words. Ambition will emerge, blood will be spilled, and eggs will Be broken. Drawing from silent film culture and Guigol, this textless, two actor adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic tale of ambition is a Spartan trial for two actors, poignant and visceral reimagining of a timeless tragedy. McBeth Muet scours unseen parts of the story, and through the removal of text, puts action at the heart of the performance.
