Expand your practice, expand your creative mind! Join us in a welcoming and creative yoga practice led by local yoga instructors in the inspirational space of the Gordon Smith Gallery. Exhibition curator and the instructors will encourage participants to contemplate the artwork and theme present in each exhibition as guests broaden their approach to each posture. Each yoga session is followed by an exhibition tour and refreshments in the Gallery lobby where participants can meet fellow gallery-goers and yoga practitioners in their community and share in engaging community practice.
