Angela Zhang is an Asian singer and actress who rose to fame through a television drama "My MVP Valentine", followed by a leading role in another television drama "At Dolphin Bay" with actor Wallace Huo, in which she also sang the ending theme song (Yi Shi De Mei Hao) and the English song (Journey). She has been nominated twice for Best Actress at Golden Bell Awards. She also has been nominated twice for Best Mandarin Female Singer at Golden Melody Awards. In 2010, Chang became a spokesperson of Shanghai Expo 2010 and sang the theme song “The Window of the City”. She subsequently debuted as a singer with her first studio album Over the Rainbow released in 2004 by Linfair Records and was met with instant success. In 2018, she participated in the popular Chinese singing contest, Singer 2018, both as a host and contestant.

Journey is not only a concert, it is the life of all Angela’s soundtracks. From the beginning of her childhood, Angela is linking her inner world and presenting it to her audiences. Every one of her songs is designed to let her audience hear her world and submerge into the environment. The Shanghai tour is the first tour, it is created with a team of people who are known internationally, such as the music director Kenn C from Singapore. He helped Angela recreate every one of her classic pieces to give them each new meanings and more elements to present to her fans and to anyone who is coming to this show Journey.
