Designed for elementary and secondary music teachers, this professional development workshop will provide teachers with a framework to bring Indigenous ways of knowing about music into the classroom. The content will address questions around protocol, reconciliation, and repertoire using contemporary music and art by Indigenous artists, including The Flight of the Hummingbird, as inspiration.
