In 1990 Bill’s first quintet, The Creatures of Habit won the Grand Prix at the CBC-Alcan Jazz Competition in Montreal. He has recorded with such artists as Michael Bublé, INXS, Jim Byrnes, k-os, Long John Baldry, Divine Brown, Tower Of Power Horns, Hard Rubber Orchestra, Powder Blues, and VEJI. Live shows include; The Funk Bros., Frank Sinatra Jr., Michael Feinstein, Josh Groban, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Colin James, Arturo Sandoval, Natalie Cole, and Heart.
