Swedish cellist/vocalist Emma Augustsson’s sound touches on classical, jazz, folk and world music, while her collaborative spirit includes interdisciplinary work in contemporary dance, theatre and visual arts. JUNO Award-winning pianist Cat Toren (Pugs & Crows) leads expansive groups in both Vancouver and New York. Drummer Mili Hong is one of the most exciting emerging players in Canadian creative music, performing in idiosyncratic indie-rock band Moondle, Eli Davidovici’s Shapes, and a host of improv collaborations.
