Vancouver, BC – Emerge Festival the new name for the annual celebration of Downtown Eastside (DTES) Small Arts Grants Recipients announces its 8th edition, taking place May 18 to June 16, 2018 at Gallery Gachet, SFU Goldcorp Centre for the Arts, and Vancouver Public Library: nə́c̓aʔmat ct Strathcona Branch.
