Sleep is one of the most important parts of our day, yet many people admit to not getting adequate rest. Approximately 50% of Canadians have a sleep disorder and 90% of people either have, or know someone who has, a sleep problem. How much sleep should you have? Is snoring normal? We'll discuss these and other topics with an emphasis on Sleep Apnea.
