Tartine & Maple offers intimate cooking classes designed to enhance your skills in the kitchen while learning new recipes and discovering the secrets of French cooking. We will demystify for you the myth of fancy French food! Courses are created and taught by Valentine, a passionate home cook who has learnt her tricks from her chef of a father, in the French Champagne vineyard countryside and graduated from Vatel Institute of Hospitality Management, in Paris. Now a full-time baker at The Uncommon Cafe in Vancouver, she would like to share her knowledge and skills with you by teaching easy and delicious meals you can easily re-create at home.
