Cider House Rules will see 12 of BC’s finest cider makers and breweries on hand at Lamplighter to pour their finest creations. At the same time, chefs will be at the BBQ slow-cooking whole Fraser Valley chickens beer can-style, using craft beer and cider, and fresh spices to create unforgettable flavours.
Tickets for this event cost $20 and include 4oz samples of each featured beer and cider along with a ticket for the door prize raffle. The BBQ Beer Can Chicken will be available in full, half or single servings (with sides) starting at $18
