THE DISTRICT is Vancouver’s newest Dance band, playing all the hits, new and old. Made up of some of Vancouver’s finest musicians and vocalists, The District will keep the dance floor jumping all night long!

Lead vocalists, Nikita and Todd are both amazing singers and performers who have a rich history in the music business. Todd is a SOCAN award winning songwriter and accomplished lead vocalist with several decades of experience performing, writing, teaching and producing music. Todd comes to The District after many years of live performances all across Canada in a multitude of musical genres including rock, soul, funk, dance and disco. Nikita is a multi-talented, singer/songwriter, TV host, model, dancer and actress, as well as the face and voice of BC Country group, Prestley.
Lead Guitarist, Peter Yano has been playing in the Vancouver music scene for many years. Most recently with Electric Ballroom and The Suits. He enjoys playing funk, rock, R&B, country and and has a true passion for the guitar which is reflected in his playing. Bassist Graham Clark is from Cranbrook BC and graduted from McGill University with a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance. Graham has appeared on stage with Electric Ballroom, Ten Souljers, The Phonix and numerous other bands. Mike Ramos is a high energy Drummer with a steady groove, yet versatile in all styles of music, including R&B, Rock, Funk, and Latin. Born and raised in Vancouver BC Canada, Mike studied with Cuban great Gilbertonn Maureax Sato. Keyboardist George Ontol comes from a family of musicians and his musical travels have taken him to Australia, Dubai, Vietnam, Portland and many cities across Canada.
