The 9th! – It has been ten years in the making! – A 21st century perspective on Beethoven’s 9th Symphony. Award winning choreographers, Robert Glumbek and Roberto Campanella, explore social and political themes brought to life by eight superb dancers, offering audiences a visceral experience of Beethoven’s finest music combined with intense physicality.
ProArteDanza, founded by former National Ballet of Canada dancer and renowned choreographer Roberto Campanella (who recently choreographed the Academy Award winning The Shape of Water and was awarded the Empire Community Award from the Italian Contemporary Film) is a unique and visionary dance company created to showcase the best choreographers and dancers from both ballet and modern dance worlds.
