Happy Ending Productions is proud to present, on December 6th at Vancouver’s Rickshaw Theatre, a once in a lifetime collection of artists, in what can only be billed as a true cavalcade of stars.
In keeping with their long-standing tradition of always assembling incredible and diverse collections of musical groups to entertain their loyal supporters, Vancouver's raw power pop legends the Pointed Sticks have enlisted the talents of some of Vancouver’s finest, and most iconic performers to share the evening with them. This includes the long awaited, and somewhat improbable, return of the Modernettes, undoubtedly amongst the greatest of Vancouver’s first wave of punk bands. Also appearing will be the glamorous and unpredictable EddyD and the Sex Bombs, playing songs from their upcoming LP Yikes. Opening the festivities will be a blistering new 4-piece combo called Strange Breed. And if all that goodness isn't quite enough, the evening will be compered by the one and only I, Braineater, who will no doubt bring his own brand of mischief and merriment to the party.
