For those who aren’t familiar with Pepero Day, it’s an unofficial day in South Korea that’s celebrated by exchanging boxes of Peperos –chocolate covered cookie sticks that are long and slim. It looks similar to the letter “I” or the number 1. That’s why November 11th (11/11) is Pepero Day in South Korea. On this day, friends and couples give each other Pepero.
