Drivers will also rev up their generosity, by making a toy or cash donation to Richmond Christmas Fund. The Car Cruise coincides with Christmas in Steveston Village. Santa arrives by boat at 1:00pm, and will be taking photos at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. (Remember to bring your camera!) Plus, there's the Cannery Farmers' Market, Festival of Trees, and more!
